For me, however, it’s always been a land of the tall knights, huge fairy tale castles, mythology and rugged, but stunning surroundings. The best season to go to Ireland is from spring to fall season. From lush green golf courses to amazing water sports, Ireland has something for everyone. It rains pretty often in Ireland, so get ready to develop webbed feet, and drink like a fish, in the pubs that are a part of the country’s tradition. There are events held around the year, the most famous ones being the jazz and blues festival in Belfast, the Dublin derby and the international film festival.
